The Munich European Veterans Circuit is one of the best-organized competitions. There are good facilities, easy access by public transport, and many hotels in the area. The level of competition is good, they had over 200 participants (most of the top people from the European rankings were there) from Italy, Germany, France, Hungary, the UK, Ireland, Sweden… We were three Canadians. The competition organizers booked a nice Bavarian restaurant for the Saturday night meal. Munich is a nice destination this time of year as there are many Christmas markets to visit.
