The results from the April NAC are in 1 gold, 3 bronzes and 10 top 8 finishes – well done, Rose, Carolyn and Lorenzo. European circuit results from Liege – a bronze for Bob and a top 8 finish for Dales. Full results can be found on the events page
The veteran website now has a Forum page to facilitate open discussion of issues affecting veteran fencers. Currently, there are 3 forums; National team selection, Participation and the new website. More will added as needed. Feel free to add a topic or post replies

The FIE has announced the inclusion of a 40-49 age group in the 2025 World Championships, extending eligibility to fencers aged 40 or older in 2025. The competition will feature two team categories: Veterans (40-49 and 50-59) and Grand Veterans (60-69 and 70+). All national team selection events will be open to fencers aged 40 or older in 2025.
We’re seeking volunteers interested in joining the Veteran Committee, dedicated to developing Veteran fencing in Canada. If interested, please forward a brief fencing biography, along with your professional and educational background to veteranfencer.gw@gmail.com.
